Leadership Development Programme
Jagran Lakecity University is organizing a series of Leadership Development Programmes for its Leadership Team. Two workshops are being organized on themes specific to our preparation for the Academic Year 2022-23. All Deans, Associate Deans, Directors, Heads and Programme Leads are requested to register for the Workshops.

About Resource Person
Dr. M.S. ShyamaSundar
Dr M.S.Shyama Sundar is the Senior most Adviser at the National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC). Dr Shyama Sundar is a renowned expert in the field of Higher Education and has written extensively on Quality Standards in Higher Education. As the senior most Adviser at NAAC, he has actively participated as a Resource Person at Programmes on Quality Standards in Higher Education and Assessment Criteria. His expertise has also been sought by International Organisations and Governments of various countries to develop quality standards and initiatives.
Prof.(Dr.) Shailaja Shastri
For the last 30 years, Dr. Shailaja Shastri has been a teacher, trainer, researcher, counsellor and an advocate for the cause of mental health and education. Dr. Shailaja holds a Masters, M. Phil and Ph.D. degree in Psychology. From 2016 to 20, she was the Director of Training and Research Initiatives (TRI) – a psychological solutions company and mental health resource hub at Bengaluru. Earlier to that, she was a Professor and the Head of the Department of Psychology at Jain University and was also the Dean of Psychology at the International Academy for Creative Teaching.
