About Resource Persons
N.V. Ashwini Ganig, Founder and Director, Muktha Foundation
Ashwini Ganig is the Founder and Director of Muktha Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to Promote Mental Health and Prevent Interpersonal Abuse. Soon to be awarded her Ph.D. in Psychology, Ms Ashwini launched a Nation Wide Programme covering 28 State capitals, 75 days and 150+ workshops in 2019 to prevent Child Sexual Abuse. Ashwini ‘s idea was voted as the best at St. Gallen Symposium in the plenary session titled “What is the next small BIG thing?” in 2015, in Switzerland. Her idea was selected among entries that came from over 108 countries. In the final round, she competed with Doctoral from Harvard University, Fordham University, and Copenhagen Business School. She secured over 50% of the votes and emerged as the winner.
Dr Anupama Ghoshal,is an Associate Professor, Dayananda Sagar University
With more than 21 years of work experience, Dr Anupama began her professional career with the corporate world, in the Banking and Financial Services sector, and served companies like SodexhoPass Services India Pvt Ltd, HDFC Bank and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance between 1998 to 2005. She has been working in academic sector from 2006 till date. Dr Anupama is an active researcher in the domain of consumer behaviour. She has received multiple Best Paper Awards for research articles presented in reputed International Conferences. She is focused on inculcating research orientation in students and is presently guiding four Ph.D. Research Scholars in Management at DSU.
