JLU School of Engineering and Technology, Bhopal is going to conduct an online two days event “Miracle of Maths” on 24th & 25th January 2022, catalyzed and supported by The National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC), DST, Govt. of India and M.P. Council of Science and Technology (MPCST), Bhopal (M.P.).

This event aims to raise awareness about the importance of Mathematics in daily lives and how mathematics plays a major role in an individual’s daily life.

Various activities and expert talks will be held under this event. The students from various Schools and Colleges/Universities can participate in all the activities. Some of the activities carry exciting cash prizes and certificates for the participants.

1. Online Quiz on Mathematics, Time: 11.00 am -12.00 pm :

In quiz 45 Questions of 45 Marks (60 Minutes) will be asked from
topics such as:
• Permutation/Combination
• Mental Ability/Reasoning
• General Aptitude, Digital electronics
• Probability and Basic Computers

Quizes will be assessed on the following points Based on their
score
• Minimum Submission Time
• High Score

Participation Certificate to all.
Winner: Top 3 will be ranked certificate and winning cash prizes:
First Prize: 3500/-,
Second Prize: 2500/-
Third Prize: 1000/-
4th and 5th will get only rank Certificates

2. Online Poster Making Competition Submission Date: 24th January, 2022 till 12:00 PM on mail ID: event.jlusoet@gmail.com :

Topics for the posters are given below:
• Interested facts about Mathematics
• Mathematics in Nature
• Mathematics for better world

3. Presentation: Time: 2.00 – 3.00 PM :

Submission will be followed by presentation of posters of top five
participants. Final discussion will be taken by jury members.
Participation Certificate to all.
